These General Terms and Conditions of Sale set forth the conditions applicable to training services provided by KEOS Business School on behalf of a client.
Any order for training placed with the company implies the client’s full and unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
These conditions shall prevail over any other client documents, in particular any general terms and conditions of purchase.

For each training program, KEOS Business School undertakes to provide a quotation to the client and/or to the organization(s) responsible for financing. The latter must return to the company a completed, dated, signed, and stamped copy, bearing the statement “Approved”. Where applicable, a specific agreement may be established between KEOS Business School, the OPCO, or the client.

At the request of the client or the relevant organization, a certificate of attendance or completion of training, as well as attendance sheets, may be provided.

The prices of the training programs are quoted in euros, exclusive of taxes, and are subject to VAT at the applicable rate. Payment must be made after the service has been provided, upon receipt of the invoice, in full. Invoices may be settled by bank transfer or by check.
In exceptional cases, payment in installments may be arranged. In any event, such terms must be agreed upon before the start of the training program.
For initial training programs, the full cost of the training is borne by the trainee (or their legal representative). The amount is specified in the training contract, and a payment schedule may be proposed.
Funding
If the client or the company hosting a trainee benefits from funding by an OPCO, a funding request must be submitted before the start of the training program. The client or the host company is required to provide proof of funding approval at the time of registration.
If KEOS Business School has not received confirmation of OPCO funding by the first day of training, the full cost of the program will be invoiced to the client.
In the event that part of the costs is covered by Pôle Emploi (subject to applicable funding conditions), a quotation will be issued on the KAIROS platform.
