
Overview of the BTS Negotiation and Digitalization of Customer Relations
The BTS in Negotiation and Digitalization of Customer Relations trains professionals capable of managing and optimizing customer relationships across all channels, both physical and digital.
Students develop strategies in prospecting, negotiation, and customer loyalty, while mastering digital tools to drive effective sales actions. Thanks to a versatile approach, graduates are able to adapt to new purchasing behaviors and meet the demands of connected commerce.
MODULE 1 :
Customer Relations
and Sales Negotiation (266 hours)
- Target and prospect clients
- Negotiate and support customer relationships
- Organize and lead commercial events
- Collect and share commercial information
Assessment methods - Continuous assessment (“CCF” – 2 evaluations): for students (public/private under contract), apprentices (authorized training centers), and adult learners in continuing education (authorized institutions).
- Final oral exam: for independent candidates, distance learners, VAE (validation of acquired experience), or non-authorized centers.

Remote Customer Relations and Digitalization (266 hours)
- Master omnichannel customer relations
- Manage and engage in digital customer interactions
- Develop e-commerce relationships
Assessment methods - Final written and practical exam: for students, apprentices, and continuing education learners (authorized centers).
- Final written and practical exam: also for independent candidates, distance learners, VAE, or non-authorized centers.
MODULE 3:
Customer Relations and Network Development (210 hours)
- Introduce and promote offers with distributors
- Develop and manage partner networks
- Create and lead direct sales networks
Assessment methods - Continuous assessment (CCF): for students, apprentices, and continuing education learners (authorized centers).
- Épreuve ponctuelle orale : pour les candidats hors contrat, en enseignement à distance, en VAE ou en centres non habilités.

Upon graduation, BTS NDRC holders can enter the job market with an annual salary typically ranging from €28,000 to €38,000, depending on the sector, position, and sales performance.
Graduates may also pursue further studies — professional or academic bachelor’s degrees, or business school programs — to specialize further or advance to higher-responsibility roles.
